Import Duty & Taxes

We ship all orders from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

If you are based outside of The European Union, please check your local rules for customs & import taxes.

Due to U.S. import regulations effective Aug 2025, orders to the U.S. require a mandatory import fee charged by carriers. Unfortunately therefore we only offer free shipping on orders $65+

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

“I started Tu-Untangle because I couldn't ignore what I was seeing underwater anymore. The ocean has given me so much joy and perspective as a diver. I want to give something back by making it easier for people and businesses to choose sustainable, plastic-free alternatives. Thank you for being part of this journey.”
